Youngs vehicle skidded out of control and hit Castillos vehicle head on in Castillos lane of traffic, and the defendant Marlys L. Sears vehicle then struck Castillos vehicle from the rear. Castillo sued both drivers for negligence. A jury awarded Castillo a verdict of $13,058.67 against Young only. Castillo appeals.
