The Director of Revenue revoked Jerry Norris Berrys drivers license for one year because of Berrys refusal to submit to a chemical test pursuant to ร§ 577.041, RSMo Supp. 1992, to determine his blood alcohol content. The trial court reversed the directors decision and ordered the reinstatement of Berrys license. The Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, affirmed. This Court granted transfer. Reversed.
